TERMS

• The partner is entitled to a 10% commission for each service; for subscription-based services, commission is payable only for the first month.
• For subscription-based services, payouts will be initiated within 14 business days from the client’s initial payment date.
• Payouts for start up package and custom services will be initiated within 30 to 45 business days from the client’s initial payment date, irrespective of project completion or payment status.
• If the client cancels the project before payout, no commission will be paid.
• If a refund is issued after a payout has been processed, the subsequent payout will be reduced to 50%, ensuring fairness to both parties.
• The partner commission is capped at AED 25,000 per month.
